Our Trained Staff

Fig Tree Pocket Early Childhood Centre and Preschool elects to employ qualified early childhood staff who are devoted professionals, committed to continually improving their skills and knowledge.

We aim to develop a culture that maintains staff with a high dedication to Early Childhood Education, children and families. Fig Tree Pocket Early Childhood Centre has a low staff turnover allowing continuity of care to feature throughout our rooms.

Each room is staffed by a Lead Educator and an Assistant Educator, who are supported by a floating trainee Educator. Staff collaborate to ensure effective management of the learning environment and provide the best possible outcomes for children. A diverse team who share their skills, experiences and backgrounds enhances the curriculum and professional culture of the Centre.
